Deposit methods and minimum amount
You can deposit at ze777 using KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks. For exchange rates and fees, check with your payment service provider — ze777 does not charge any additional deposit fees.
Withdrawal amount and processing time
The minimum withdrawal is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 5–30 minutes of the request. It may take longer if verification is required. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.
Payment accuracy
ze777 cannot be held responsible if you provide an incorrect bank account number or phone number when making a deposit. Any transfer errors must be resolved by the player directly, without a chargeback from ze777. Deposits must be made using your own payment account; third-party deposits are not accepted.
Refund policy
Funds that have already been wagered after a deposit will not be refunded. If a deposit does not arrive due to a technical error, the player must contact ze777 support. ze777 will make a decision after a thorough investigation.
Section 4 — Bonus and Promotional Coupon Policy
Rules for how bonuses are earned and used.
Welcome Bonus
New players making their first deposit at ze777 can receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks to play with. The bonus amount (40,000 Ks) must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made — in this example, 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawing.
For a deposit of 320,000 Ks, the bonus is 300,000 Ks (the maximum), giving a balance of 620,000 Ks — the wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
Bonus usage conditions
- Each bonus can be claimed only once; the same player, IP address, bank account number, or phone number cannot receive the same bonus twice
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
- ze777 may modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice
- If a player is found to have deliberately abused a bonus, ze777 may cancel the bonus and any winnings obtained through that bonus
VIP progression and cashback
The more you play, the higher your VIP level and the more rewards and weekly cashback you can earn. There are 5 VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%) — cashback is paid based on your VIP tier and wagering volume.
Section 5 — Game Rules
Fair play policy
Games offered at ze777 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) from a certified and fair technology system. Game results can be verified through a software certification system. Players must not attempt to manipulate game results in any way; doing so may result in immediate account closure.
Game errors and technical issues
If a game result cannot be properly recorded due to a software or server fault, ze777 has the right to void that round. In such cases, the player will be refunded an amount equal to what was lost. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software fault cannot be withdrawn.

- Colluding with other players to claim bonuses without genuine play

- Renting out or selling your account to a third party
